These fringed arm bands are created in Neon Lime holographic spandex.

They have sliding ties so you can adjust the size a bit,  If in doubt, size down, not up.  You can let the size out a little with the ties.

The fringe is 12" long in neon Lime.  

These are also great for roller derby costumes!
